Poised for growth, we are seeking a professional who can engage external partners, operationalize strategic plans, and effectively guide staff to deliver high quality programs that will position our organization for scale-up. As an organization that is committed to introducing Boston’s youth to the wide variety of career opportunities in Boston, and teaching essential workplace skills, the Associate Director is responsible for translating vision to program delivery across all constituencies: students and families, school partners, and a growing network of over 60 worksite partners.

• A commitment to equity and collaboration that reflect strong personal values.
• 3-5 years experience in program management and leadership.
• 3-5 years experience of direct supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work across race, ethnicities, culture and age differences.
• A positive outlook and sense of humor.
• College degree with relevant experience.
Knowledge of the Boston community and its public schools preferred.
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
