$50 = Classroom supplies for one group of apprentices

Folders, pencils, name tags, paper, and printing supplies all go into getting a young person ready for work.

$125 = A Week of Hearty Lunches

Please pass the mayo! Kids love the sandwiches we make for them! We feed students before work so they can do their best. Kids at this age are rapidly developing and many if not most, do not eat breakfast or lunch. And $625 funds a semester’s worth of sandwiches, drinks, chips or cookies, and a piece of fresh fruit.

$320 = Outfit 10 apprentices with a professional look

Apprentice Learning provides every apprentice with a pullover to help them feel and look professional during their apprenticeships.

$500 = A summer stipend for a City Summer Intern

City Summer Internship is a five-week paid career exploration internship for rising ninth graders. Interns earn a weekly stipend to explore a wide variety of careers throughout the city of Boston. In 2019 the program was located at Urban College. Weekly salary is incentivized to promote punctuality.  Support one, two or five weeks for one City Summer Intern.
